Children and adolescents today are under more pressure than ever before academically, Emotionally, and Spiritually. Societal changes in how we communicate can lead to new pressures not faced by previous generations. Supporting the mental and physical health of the youth today, will ultimately better equip them for success in the future. Now is the perfect time for students and educators to reconnect and focus on what is truly important in their lives, their self-care.

The Mindful Mvmt | Project Series will enable each child, adolescent and educator to discover new ways of interacting with their mind and body--further developing their physical, mental and emotional literacy.



Through the Mindful Mvmt | Project Series, participants will be able to:


Acknowledge and slow down the mental-noise that exists in their mind-space.


Develop body awareness  skills.


 Be conscious of the power they possess.


Further develop their physical, mental and emotional literacy.
